임금자리에 오른 연산군은 당파의 모함으로 폐비가 되었을 뿐만 아니라 사약까지 받고 억울하게 세상을 떠난 폐비 윤씨의 소생이다. 그는 원한에 사무친 생모의 억울함을 풀어주려고 다시 복위를 시키려 하다 중신들의 거센 반발에 부딪힌다. 그러자 성격이 더없이 거칠어진 연산은 정적을 치려는 유자광 등의 꼬임으로 무오사화를 일으켜 사림선비들을 없애는가 하면 생모에게 사약을 내리는데 거들었던 중신과 궁녀들을 모조리 죽이는 갑자사화를 일으키고 그도 모자라 왕비를 헐뜯는 한글로 된 투서가 있었다 하여 언문구결을 태우고 언문교습을 못하게 한다. 이렇게 피를 보게된 연산은 그 스스로가 한 나라의 임금이라는 지체까지도 잊어버리고 원각사에 장악원을 두어 기녀를 길러내는가 하면 성균관의 유생까지 몰아낸 다음 그곳을 유흥장소로 삼아 날이 지샐 줄을 모르고 술과 여자에 빠져 끔찍한 행패를 부리는 등 제정신이 아닐만큼 돌아버리고 만다. 그의 이러한 미치광이속에는 언제나 사약을 받고 피를 토하며 억울하게 죽어간 생모 폐비 윤씨의 모습이 아른거려 그로 하여금 잠시도 마음을 가라앉히지 못하게 했던 것이다.

성(性)에 대해 생기초도 모르는 오성은, 그래도 셋 중에 가장 많이 아는 방수연, 아는 듯 모르는 듯 속을 알 수 없는 김미숙. 이들 3인방은 누구도 확실하게 이야기해 주지 않고, 어디서도 화끈하게 보여주지 않는 것들(?)에 대한 야릇한 호기심에 목말라 있다. 모락모락 피어오르는 이 성적 호기심이 여고 3인방의 머리 속에서 떠나지 않고 있을 때, 그녀들 눈앞에 최상의 작업모드와 왕뽀대를 자랑하는 교생 강봉구가 나타난다. 소녀들의 이 야릇한 호기심을 해결해 줄 ‘운명의 남자’로 점 찍힌 교생 봉구씨는 순식간에 그녀들의 직접 관찰(?), 실험(?) 대상이 된다. 봉구씨를 사로잡기 위해 호기심 3인방은 ‘뽕브라 하고 냅다 달려들기’, ‘귀에 신음소리 내기’, ‘교복 치마 7단 접기’, ‘봉구씨 거시기 훔쳐보기’ 등 나름 고난이도 섹시 테크닉을 총동원해 도발을 펼쳐보지만 어찌된 일인지 봉구씨는 꿈쩍도 안한다. 게다가 얼짱몸짱(=왕재수) 여고생 탤런트 백세미까지 봉구씨를 찜하면서 상황은 더 꼬여만 간다. 그녀들이 아무리 도발해도 먹히지 않았던 그이지만, 백세미의 ‘수업시간에 교복 단추 풀어헤치기’, ‘팔짱 끼는 척 가슴 문지르기’, ‘아이스크림 핥아먹기’ 등의 섹시 도발에는 꺼뻑 꺼뻑 넘아가다니!!. 더군다나 불여우 백세미는 대놓고 성은에게 아직 초경도 못한 어린애라고 놀리기까지. 질 수 없다! 마지막 수단, 이젠 봉구씨 덮치기다!

The friendship, laughter and shared love between two brothers is tested when a 14-year-old boy is confronted with the complexities of a simple relationship. Gaurav finds out that his elder brother Mihir is gay. He is unable to accept this as he looks up to Mihir, a high-school jock whom every girl fancies. Adding to his woes, the girl he fancies 'friend-zones' him. 'How to fix your gay kid' is what their mother types into internet search when Mihir reveals his sexual orientation and wishes to come out of the closet.

Roughly chronological, from 3/96 to 11/96, with a coda in spring of 1997: inside compounds of Aum Shinrikyo, a Buddhist sect led by Shoko Asahara. (Members confessed to a murderous sarin attack in the Tokyo subway in 1995.) We see what they eat, where they sleep, and how they respond to media scrutiny, on-going trials, the shrinking of their fortunes, and the criticism of society. Central focus is placed on Hiroshi Araki, a young man who finds himself elevated to chief spokesman for Aum after its leaders are arrested. Araki faces extreme hostility from the Japanese public, who find it hard to believe that most followers of the cult had no idea of the attacks and even harder to understand why these followers remain devoted to the religion, if not the violence.

An eclectic film, in which suspense and cynicism sometimes meet the grotesque, "Back and forth" reminds, in many ways, the future masterpiece, "Cruise" (1981), directed by Mircea Daneliuc. Placed on the water's edge, where several characters sit with their bellies in the sun and when they talk about what they want and what they don't want, when they keep quiet, "Back and forth" is the graduation film of one of the legendary filmmakers of national cinema.

An intrusive censor interferes with the filming of a melodrama.

Comedy short produced by the Construction Safety Association of Ontario, Canada. It demonstrates the dos and don'ts of construction site safety. The film is the last professionally filmed footage of film legend Buster Keaton, shot months before his death from lung cancer on February 1, 1966. He recreates several routines from his youth, as well as some new material for the film. Most notable was his recreation of a gag from his 1918 film The Bell Boy in which he mops the floor using only the tip of the mop, little by little while sitting on the floor.
